FSFreeSize · disk space analysis for Windows

Where did the space go?
FSFreeSize shows you – while it is still counting.

FSFreeSize scans your drives and shows right away which folders and files take up the most space. The numbers grow live, and the folder you expand is calculated first.

Features

Track down what eats your disk

All drives at a glance

Fixed and USB drives with their usage at a glance; one click starts the analysis.

Folder tree with numbers

Size, number of folders and files, last change and share of the drive – sortable by every column.

Ring chart

The largest folders as a ring with a legend; the colors stay the same for the whole session.

File list

The files of the selected folder with size, share, modification date, attributes and path.

Minimum size

A slider hides folders and files below a size, so only what matters remains.

Pause

Pause and resume the scan, for instance when the disk is needed for something else.

Clean up like in Explorer

Del moves to the recycle bin, Shift+Del deletes permanently, multi-select with Ctrl and Shift – the numbers adjust immediately.

Carry on right away

Open in Explorer, start a command prompt or PowerShell in the folder, show its properties.
