Please provide at least one of these numbers. * I will call you briefly before issuing the license: the server name cannot be changed later, and a two-minute call helps us check that everything is correct.

3. Server

Supporters and customers connect through an FSRdp server. You can run your own or use mine.

Your own server
You install FsRdpServer on a Windows or Linux machine of your own, and every session runs through your own infrastructure. The license is issued for that server's name.

No server of your own – work through tcp.fssoft.de
You need neither a server nor a certificate: you work through my server tcp.fssoft.de, and once payment has been received I send you your supporter keys for it. All you install is the FSRdp client.

Server Name in the PFX Certificate *

The full DNS name at which your FsRdpServer will be reachable. It must match the name in the TLS certificate (cert.pfx). The license is issued for this exact name and cannot be changed later without being reissued. How Do I Get a PFX Certificate?

4. License Scope

Supporter Licenses *

One supporter license is a supporter key for exactly one person. Customers receiving help from your supporters do not need their own license.

Everything else is included:

Concurrent rooms: as many as supporter licenses, so each supporter can open their own room at any time.
Up to 100 participants per room.
All features enabled – browser access, session recording and live captions. Whoever runs the server decides which of them are active – on your own server, that is your administrator.
